食品級導電UPE吸排軟管 TCU
應用范圍：
可排吸幾乎所有的腐蝕性化學品：強酸、高芳烴溶劑、氯化或氧化溶液和和芳香族碳氫化合物等。通過INERIS測試和批準，可適用于ATEX防爆場合。
軟管結構：
內管：食品級UPE(超高分子多聚乙烯)，黑色，光滑。
增強層：高強度多層合成纖維，內置螺旋鋼絲增強。
外管：EPDM橡膠（三元乙丙），黑色，抗磨損，耐臭氧，耐大氣侵蝕，平滑，布狀表面。
溫度范圍：-40°C 至 100°C
導電性能：內外膠均導電，R≤106Ω
適用標準及認證：符合EN 12115, FDA
Applications
Suction and discharge of virtually all corrosive chemicals: strong acids, high aromatic
solvents, chlorinated or oxygenised solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. Tested and approved by INERIS for use in ATEX areas.
Construction
Inner tube: black, smooth, food quality UPE.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weathering and ozone.
Electrical Resistance: conductive UPE tube and rubber cover, R≤1x106Ω/lg.
Temperature range: -40°C~ +100°C.
Standard/Approval: EN 12115:11. Tube FDA tit.21 item 177.1520.
